Steps to Fix my HP printer Issues
- Check the status of the current wireless connection on the printer (resetting the print environment).
- Make sure the devices are properly linked.
- Make sure your network or cable is normal.
- Deactivate the power connection and then disable the power cord.
- Connect the cable to the printer and power it by pressing the Power button.
- Reload the input tray with a blank sheet stack.

Fix Common Printer Problems
UPDATE/REINSTALL THE PRINTER DRIVER
See if you are using the latest print driver version. If yes, skip to the third step, go on. Click Start > Panel Control. Open the menu Device Manager and click the Program tab. Expand the category of Printers and select the printer model you want to update the driver for. Right-click on the driver and select the option Update / Uninstall and move to fix my HP print.
