Step 1: Check the paper condition and reload it

- Place the stack of paper on a flat surface and adjust the edges.
- Insert the pile of paper into the ADF input tray.
- Adjust the paper guides in such a way that the guides rest against the pile of paper. Make sure that the paper is not bent on any of its sides.
