3. ON button and Light: Turn the Printer Power ON/OFF
4. ON button light: indicates 3 types of Printer Operation Status. If Power button Light Dimmed then your printer is in Sleep Mode, else Blinking then indicates a print operation, or Fast Blinking then indicates Error Status
5. Wi-Fi Direct button and light: indicates the copier Wi-Fi direct status. Some of the different type of status are

• A Solid blue light shows the readiness of the Wi-Fi Direct
• OFF Light indicates a Wi-Fi Direct to be OFF
• A Slow blinking light indicates a Wi-Fi Direct enabled, but unsynchronized on network. Press Wi-Fi Direct button to confirm connection
• A Fast blinking light indicates Wi-Fi Direct connection error

6. Cancel button: Stops the current operation
7. ePrint button and Light: indicates the readiness of the Copier to ePrint

• ON indicates ePrint feature is enabled on the Copier
• OFF indicates ePrint feature is disabled on the Copier
• A slow blinking Light indicates ePrint feature is enabled but not available

8. Resume button and Light: Press the button to continue Print Job. Resume light indicates the Copier is in error or warning status
9. Start Copy Black button: Press the button to initiate the Black Copy Job
10. Start Copy Color button: Press the button to initiate the Color Copy Job
11. Information button and light: indicates that you may press the button to get help
12. Ink Alert Light: indicates the Ink Level in the Cartridges

• ON indicates an ink cartridge missing or improperly installed
• Blinking indicates both of the ink cartridges missing or improperly installed

Unpack Setup and Install 123.hp.com/setup 3630 Printer:

• To Setup your HP DeskJet 3630 Printer initially, simply unpack your 123 HP Printer from the Box
• Cut open the tapes and remove packing present on your printer
• Remove the stickers from the Printer Control Panel
• Lift to open the Scanner lid and remove the tapes from it
• Remove the tapes and internal packing from the cartridge access door
• Remove the tapes from the Paper Tray and slide the pair of Paper Width guides towards the edge of the Tray
• Load Paper Tray with HP A4 sheets

Auto-Off Printer Mode:

Auto Off Printer Mode is an energy saving feature that automatically turns the Copier OFF, if Copier remained inactive for a duration of 2 hours. In order to power up the HP DeskJet  you have to Press the ON button present at the top of your Control Panel. Even if Auto-Off is disabled your HP DeskJet  Printer does goes into Sleep Mode, if kept inactive for 5 minutes. Use the Power button Light in the Control Panel to know on the Sleep Mode operation, which is a Dimmed Light status. Instantaneously, Your HP DeskJet Copier comes out of the Sleep Mode whenever a Print, Copy or Scan task is operated. Follow the onscreen instructions and when prompted enter the Printer Name, Click Ok. Proceed with the instructions to complete the HP DeskJet Software Setup. Open the File menu and Click Print. • For Apple OS X v10.6: To access the print options, Click the blue disclosure triangle available next to Printer selection

Turn the Printer OFF:

ePrint Setup:

Open ePrint apps and Touch to select the type of file for Email attachment, and then search using the ePrint Email Address for remote access. Select the HP DeskJet Printer and Touch Print to transmit the attachment for Printing. You can operate the HP DeskJet  Copier on a Single Cartridge Mode with the help of instruction from your Computer. Whenever an ink Cartridge is removed or depleted then your HP DeskJet Copier goes into Single Cartridge Mode. To clear paper jam from the Input Tray:

Press the Power button to turn the HP DeskJet Printer OFF. Open the Paper path cover attached in the Input Tray and check for paper jam and other foreign debris. HP Deskjet 3634 Printer Troubleshooting – Ink Cartridge Errors

Step 1 : Ensure the ink cartridges are compatible with the printer
